How is pricing structured?

Our model is simple and predictable: a one-time setup cost to design, test, and implement your automation, as well as an ongoing monthly service fee that covers hosting, monitoring, and support. The exact fee depends on the complexity of your solution and the business value it delivers.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All costs are agreed upfront. Additional improvements or changes outside the chosen plan are only billed if requested.

How do I pay?

What happens to my data?

We handle your data securely in line with Swiss and European data protection laws. Only the data necessary to run your automation is processed — nothing more.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Where is my data processed?

What counts as sensitive data – and do you process it?

Sensitive data includes health details, political or religious views, or criminal records. Our automations are not designed to process this type of data, and such inputs should be avoided.

Do I own the automations?

You own the value and outputs produced by the automation. The underlying system (such as code and templates) remains the property of Aitonomy Solutions KIG, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
