What happens to my data?

We handle your data securely and in accordance with Swiss and European data protection laws. We only process what's necessary for your automation to function — and nothing more. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Is my data used to train AI models?

No. When we use AI tools like OpenAI's GPT-4.1, we connect via secure APIs. Your data is not used to train models and is not stored permanently. OpenAI is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks.
Where is my data processed?

By default, our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Germany, so under GDPR jurisdiction. Suitable for most use cases, including Swiss-based processing, because the EU is considered “adequate” under Swiss law for data transfers.
What counts as sensitive data – and do you process it?

Sensitive data includes things like health information, political views, religious beliefs, or criminal records.

Our automations are safe by design and not intended to process such data. That said, it's also up to the user to ensure sensitive information isn’t entered into emails, forms, or other inputs connected to the system.
Do I own the automations?

You own the value and output created by the automation. We retain ownership of the underlying system (i.e. code and templates), unless agreed otherwise in writing.
