Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Aitonomy Solutions KIG, headquartered in Basel, Switzerland. They apply to all offers, contracts, and business relationships unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services

Aitonomy Solutions KIG provides AI-based automation, consulting, and related digital solutions. The scope of services will be defined in individual agreements or project offers.

3. Agreements and Duration

• Agreements are binding upon written confirmation by both parties.
• Minimum contract durations and termination conditions are specified in individual agreements.
• Unless terminated in accordance with the agreed notice period, contracts may be automatically extended.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all confidential information exchanged during cooperation strictly confidential, as outlined in our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to software, concepts, and deliverables remain with Aitonomy Solutions KIG unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a licence to use deliverables solely for the agreed purposes.

6. Liability

Aitonomy Solutions KIG is liable only for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Payment Terms

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in the respective offers and agreements. All fees are inclusive of VAT.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All agreements are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Aitonomy Solutions KIG in Basel, Switzerland.
