Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your engagement with Aitonomy GmbH (hereafter "Aitonomy") for AI automation services.

Services

Aitonomy provides customised AI automation solutions. Each solution includes a one-time setup fee and ongoing monthly costs, which vary based on the scope of the project.

Pricing

Prices are individually quoted per solution. All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF), exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. A non-refundable setup fee is charged prior to service initiation. Ongoing costs start from CHF 490/month, depending on solution complexity.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Intellectual Property

All workflows, code and materials delivered by Aitonomy remain the intellectual property of Aitonomy unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Liability

Aitonomy is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss. Services are delivered "as-is", and while we aim for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice. Prepaid fees are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.
